Long Description:
The PCs, down on their luck and living in the dockside slums of a bustling metropolis, unexpectedly become entangled in a web of horror and mystery when they're thrust into a grizzly investigation. The docks have been hit by a reckless and savage killer, and now after 10 victims - each progressively closer to the party - it seems like the PCs could be next. But signs point to a more enigmatic profile for this particular killer - possibly one of non-human origin.
