One of the biggest challenges when painting miniature figures is achieving a smooth transition between two colours, or between the shade, mid-tone and highlight of an area. Join award-winning painter Rhonda ‘Wren’ Bender to learn various techniques and tricks that will help you achieve smoother colour transitions. Techniques include choosing and mixing colours, layering, feathering, glazing and tweening. Each attendee receives a free high-quality figure from Dark Sword Miniatures, and a 7-page colour hand-out. This is a hands-on class. Paints and other supplies are provided, but you are encouraged to bring a good brush.
