Travelers say the people of Hoagiesville have changed, that outsiders are no longer welcome there and the town has built a wall to isolate itself from the rest of the world. The High Council in Lazlo is worried about this once friendly town, and has dispatched a unit of commandos to investigate the problem. Can they solve the riddle?
