Activities will center on cultivating increased mental clarity and developing laser-sharp focus. You will also leave with simple breathing exercises you can practice anytime to give you a boost of energy when hours of competition leave you drained. No prior meditation experience required. Through demonstration and hands-on practice, you'll learn a blissful 20-minute massage sequence, gaining first-hand experience in both giving and receiving Thai massage to share with your friends and family.
