As a barbaric Mongol hoard threatens to once again pillage a peaceful village, a drunken master assembles a group of six would be warriors (who all share the last name Lee) and puts them through a grueling training process to prepare them for the deadly battle to come!

The Guild of Calamitous Intent has determined that neither the Monarch nor Sergeant Hatred have met the criteria as a suitable arch enemy for Dr. Thaddeus 'Rusty' Venture. Players will assume the roles of second tier super villains looking to make the big time by forming a loosely affiliated Rogues Gallery for Dr. Venture known as the Crime Cartel.
Players will assume the role of the Specials. The Specials are the sixth or seventh most popular super hero team around today, but despite powers far beyond those of ordinary men, petty little men, the Special have always had problems being taken seriously... until they find themselves a credible arch enemy! But have the Specials bitten off more than they can chew?
