This Japanese inspired class will teach you the essential techniques of beginner's sushi making. You will learn techniques that can be used in any sushi roll you make in the future. You will leave ready to roll your own sushi. Part of this event will also include an informal subjective contest with a prize for the top three sushi rollers.
