Oceanic Allied Research and other people who care have converted the former Fort Segarra into an eco-friendly modern Children's Refugee Center. To provide the best medical and psychiatric care for these children in crisis, O.A.R. has established a state of the art medical hospital and pediatric research facility. To further promote healing and development of these battered orphans, a small amusement park was added to provide hours of entertainment and recreation in a stress-free child friendly environment. Your team is being inserted into the facility to investigate the unauthenticated claims of a whistle-blower that some of the children are missing and may be the victims of human trafficking elements based on the island.
