Tom Schadle, winner of 25 Golden Demons and the Slayer Sword, will be demonstrating his style of highlighting, shading, and blending. No wet blending here, but instead expert tips and tricks to get a smooth transition of color using layered highlights through paint mixing, thinning, glazing and varnishing. Attendees are encouraged to bring their own current WIPs for practice and critique, as well as their own brushes.

Join Zach Lanier as we go over the many different ways you can create something original. We'll review cut and paste converting as well as sculpting techniques. We will have a large range of putties and clays as well as a whole host of tools available. If you're interested in creating a slight modification or a major re-work to fit your vision, this is the place to start.

Join award-winning painter Rhonda ‘Wren’ Bender to study methods of painting flesh and faces. Topics include where to place highlights and shading, differences in painting males and females, detailing (eyes, lips, fingernails, etc.), and using skin tones as part of your overall colour scheme. Handouts, practice minis, and paints are provided, but you are encouraged to bring a good brush and minis you’ve painted for critique.
