The first hour is a lecture where we'll help you take your comedy to the next level. You'll get nothing but constructive feedback to prep you for the last hour where you'll perform and get more feedback. Based on the teachings and hit comedy book, The Tao of Comedy by Bobbie Oliver. The Tao of Comedy approach to stand-up comedy is very organic and extremely positive. The feedback is very detailed and constructive, and while specific to each individual comic, it is placed in real-time and historical context. We provide a safe space to create, experiment and find your own comedy voice. No formulas. No characters. No props. No stringent through-lines. No wacky catch phrases. Just pure stand-up comedy.
