The Helion was one of these ships, halted on a routine patrol of the outer Border planets, right on the edge of the Rim. Captain Eloise Michelson is torn. On the one hand, she serves the Alliance. On the other, the Alliance has clearly wronged the people. After a week orders still haven't come and the Helion is quickly running out of fuel. What's a Captain to do?
