Among the trees that form the Snakewood, Banite priests have learned the location of a long ago lost magic item called a phylactery of faithfulness. Eager to claim the item as their own, they have assembled a band of adventures to seek out the prize. Their journey will take them through the Snakewood to the base of the Cloud Peak Mountains, in search of an ancient, and presumably abandoned, gnomish diamond-mining village named Glibbenmine. Can this party of questionable values work together long enough to reclaim the treasure, or will self serving morality win out? A 1st level adventure for evil aligned characters.
