Hela, Goddess of the Dead and the ruler of Niflheim, has been secretly preparing a great army of the dead to march against Asgard and claim the golden throne for herself.
Description:
Hela knows even her vast army of the dead is not enough to overcome the might of Asgard and All-Father Odin alone. To this end, Hela has devised a scheme to enthrall the souls of several mighty warriors to serve as the generals of her army. Using powerful magics and devious trickery, she has trapped a number of Midgard’s mightiest heroes and villains in her dark realm.
Finding themselves stranded among the realm of the dead, the Crisis Teams must work quickly to find a way to pierce the veil of Hela’s dread magic and escape her grasp before she can use her powers to bind their souls to her will.
The Crisis Team is made up of two players, each with Maximum Threat: 15 squads. Each Crisis Team squad chooses a number of Team Tactic cards based on the difficulty level (see Difficulty below). The Cosmic Threat player’s squad consists of Hela, Goddess of the Dead.

...But when a rogue’s gallery’s worth of scoundrels show up to show down, NYC’s Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man has no choice but to swing into action!
The Crisis Team is attempting to goad civilians into their traps and draw out Spider-Man so they can unmask him once and for all. The web-head will need to pull out all the stops if he wants to save the day, protect his identity, and still get away with enough photographs to make this month’s rent. It’s time to show the world that your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man is a Cosmic Threat to be reckoned with.
The Crisis Team is made up of two players, each with Maximum Threat: 10 squads. These squads are affiliated Spider-Foes regardless of their members. Each Crisis Team squad chooses a number of Team Tactic cards based on the difficulty level. The Cosmic Threat player’s squad consists of Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.

Colossus, while wearing the Helmet of Cyttorak, has lost control and has begun rampaging through the city, destroying all in his path.
Description:
He will continue to move through the city unhindered by terrain until he is finally subdued by the players working together!
The Crisis Team is made up of two squads, each with Maximum Threat: 17 and the number of Team Tactic cards listed for the difficulty level (see “Difficulty” below). The Cosmic Threat is controlled by the game— no one plays the Cosmic Threat. Its squad consists of the Unstoppable Colossus.
This is a cooperative Ultimate Encounter. The rules of this Encounter give guidelines about how the Unstoppable Colossus moves, but how he attacks is up to the players to decide. When players have to make a decision for the Unstoppable Colossus, they should always choose whatever outcome is the worst for the players. Players should work together to make sure any decisions required by them for the Unstoppable Colossus maintain the spirit and the excitement of the Encounter.
