The top 2 players over the 3 days of War at Sea League matches advance to the single elimination round of this tournament.
Description:
An event where each player may play as many 1 on 1 games with other players registered in the Sealed League during the first the 3 days of the Convention. The latest "Advanced Rules" will be used. At the end of the 3 days, the top 8 players with the best overall records will play in a Single Elimination (SE) round bracket to determine the overall league winner. Each game played, players will earn new units to add to their current fleets. All miniatures you receive from this event are yours to keep. All fleets must be 100 pts. or less from the units you have received. You may interchange fleet units between games with your extra units and trading between other players in the League is strongly encouraged.
Axis & Allies War at Sea Naval Miniatures Battlefest
Summary:
Large scale naval battle. Up to 3 players/side. Must bring your own 250 pts. of Allied & Axis fleet /player. Most units destroyed on winning side wins.
Description:
Each side must bring a combined total 750 pt. fleet for the battle for each side. Extra time will be given at the start to adjust fleets for the battlefest. The team/side with the Most Points for Units Killed + Objectives Captured at the end of regulation play wins and the player on the winning side with the most Points for Units Killed & Objectives taken combined will be claimed the victor. Team Tiebreakers: (1st, 2nd and 3rd place): During game play, each player must keep track of who kills what for final victory tally on that team.

What If: The invasion of Crete had gone better for the Germans, the Battle of Gazala had gone worse, and Tobruk remains in British hands in July 1942? The Axis Powers decide to initiate Operation Herkules [planned invasion of the island of Malta]. Here is your opportunity to see how successful this invasion plays out with three linked, 4-hour scenarios using the Flames of War rules set in a combined land, sea, & air adventure. Forces will include German/Italian Airborne & ground troops, Commonwealth Forces, and rules for incorporating naval and aerial combat. Results of the morning session may carry over into the afternoon session. 8 players per session,
